Refund Policy

1. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

RANKHOSTZONE offers a 15-day money-back guarantee on eligible hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with your hosting service within the first 15 days, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees — no questions asked.

2. Eligible Plans

The 15-day money-back guarantee applies to the following services:

• Shared Hosting — Full refund within 15 days
• WordPress Hosting — Full refund within 15 days
• Unlimited Hosting — Full refund within 15 days
• Reseller Hosting — Full refund within 15 days

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and fees are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Domain name registrations — Once registered, domain fees are non-refundable
• VPS Hosting — Subject to a 7-day refund policy only
• Dedicated Servers & WHMRoot Servers — Non-refundable after server provisioning
• DMCA Ignored & Offshore Hosting — Non-refundable after server provisioning
• Master Reseller & Alpha Reseller Hosting — 7-day policy only
• Server Licenses (cPanel, Plesk, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, etc.) — Non-refundable after activation
• SSL certificates (third-party) — Non-refundable after issuance
• Setup fees — Non-refundable
• Add-on services already consumed or provisioned

4. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within the applicable refund period
• The account must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• The account must not have been suspended or terminated for abuse
• Refund requests submitted after the refund period will not be processed

5. Coupon Codes & Promotional Offers — Refund Exclusion

Clients who purchase any hosting service using a coupon code, promo code, discount code, or any promotional offer are NOT eligible for the 15-day money-back guarantee.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Services purchased with any percentage or flat discount coupon code
• Services activated under limited-time promotional pricing
• Services purchased during special sale events (e.g., Black Friday, New Year, Diwali offers)
• Free trial conversions where a promotional rate was applied
• Any order where the final amount was reduced by a coupon or promo code at checkout

By applying a coupon code or promotional offer during checkout, the client acknowledges and agrees that the purchase is final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a support ticket at manage.rankhostzone.in with the subject "Refund Request." Please include your account details, the service you wish to cancel, and the reason for your request.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the current exchange rate at the time of refund, not the original transaction rate.

8. Partial Refunds

For annual plans cancelled after the 15-day refund window, no partial refunds are issued for unused months unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer. We encourage customers to evaluate our services during the 15-day guarantee period.

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination. We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
